2 tbsp dark honey
1 tsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lime juice
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1 fresh pineapple core, cut into half inch slices
Whisk together honey, olive oil lime juice and cinnamon in a small bowl.
Heat a grill pan indoors or an outdoor grill to high heat. Lightly spray grill with cooking spray. Brush the pineapple with the marinade and grill, turning once and basting once or twice with the remaining marinade, until tender and golden, about 3-5 minutes on each side. Serve warm.
